Job Description: As an HR Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of relevant experience who are passionate about pursuing a career in HR.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Participate in new employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientations
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, letters, and reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work culture
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
- Stay updated on HR policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus but not required
